Bjorg is a Norweigan company founded in 2004. They release one new line of handcrafted metal and gold jewelry a year, and each line has a unique theme, such as 'Cooper's Cave' and 'Cocoon Saloon'. Here are some of my overall favies:

In answer to your question, those AMAZING boots are Zara but I found them on Polyvore. After I saw them I wooshed right over to the Zara website and couldn't find anything of them... :( Maybe Ebay?
