Escaping the Boston cold for LA reminded me of the Stella McCartney Resort 2012 Collection that debuted in June. The collection redefines hawaiian prints and tones down houndstooth prints from business to beachwear. The pops of bright neon, mixed patterns, floral print and sun deck chair stripes introduce the perfect Resort Collection and give us a great excuse to escape to warmer winters this year.

There´s something seriously psychedelic in the aire, don´t you think? I saw similar themes in Vera Wang´s last collection and Givenchy´s S2012 mens. Nice post!

Ok, it's been almost 3 years since I've seen any seriously warm temperatures or a long stretch of good sunny days. These clothes are fabulous and now, I want them all to go with me on a trip to Sydney, Fiji, or the Seychelles islands.

I wish I could escape the cold of Boston, I would expect I'd be used to it by now, but I'm not. Those prints make me want to be on a beach somewhere!

I think the first look of these is my favorite. It's so unique and original. Hope you have a great trip!
